Study to Guest Room

My mom, Lauren and I spent the better part of Thanksgiving week redoing a room to make it a guest room/mom cave. Before heading to San Antonio I researched guest room ideas on Pinterest. I found the one pictured below and we decided to use this as our inspiration:

I did not get a good picture of the room as it was before we moved most of the stuff out to paint. We started by getting rid of all the old office furniture. Then my mom and I painted the entire room--ceiling included.

The other twin bed arrives on Tuesday. We were proud of our work-I think it is nearly identical to our inspiration room!
